Betaling

Bikes4Ukraine.org modtager online betalinger med Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, Paypal, ApplePay.

Betaling vil først blive trukket på din konto, når den fysiske vare afsendes eller det virtuelle produkt er oprettet med mindre andet er aftalt eller fremgår af din ordre.

Reservation af beløb

Ved anvendelse af betalingskort, debit såvel som kredit, sker en reservation af det beløb der handles for. Dette beløb er reserveret indtil webshoppen, har behandlet og afsendt din ordre. Når ordren er afsendt, hæves pengene på kontoen. Reservationstiden afhænger af produktet/ydelsen.

Autorisering på debitkort

Ved debit kort, vil du kunne se at pengene er reserveret på din konto og at dit rådighedsbeløb vil her stå som værende mindre.Annullerer du eller webshoppen efterfølgende din ordre, så kan webshoppen ikke hæve pengene, men reservationen vil fortsat gælde i en periode. Bemærk at kun din bank (eller kortudsteder) vil kunne ophæve reservationen.

Pengene vil først hæves fra din konto og fremgå af dit overblik når webshoppen behandler og hæver betalingen for din ordre

Fortrydelsesret

Der gives 14 dages fuld returret på varer købt på hjemmesiden med mindre andet er aftalt eller fremgår af din ordre.

Den 14 dags periode starter den dag hvor ordren er leveret.

Eventuelle returneringsomkostninger afholder du selv.

Ønske om fortrydelse skal meddeles os senest 14 efter leveringen og være os i hænde seneste 14 dage efter vi er informeret om dit brug af fortrydelsesretten.

Ønske om brug af fortrydelsesret skal gives sendes på mail coolville@protonmail.com. I meddelelsen skal der gøres tydeligt opmærksom på dit ønske om brugen af fortrydelsesret.

Reklamationsret

Der gives 2 års reklamationsret på produkter i henhold til den danske købelov. Reklamationsretten gælder for alle fejl i software, materiale og fabrikation.

Reklamation vedr. fejl og mangler skal meddeles til Bikes4Ukraine.org i rimelig tid efter varens modtagelse.  Her anses max. to måneder som rimelig tid, med mindre andet er aftalt. Vi refunderer rimelige fragtomkostninger.

Reklamationen frafalder ved forkert eller ualmindelig betjening af produktet.

Bikes4Ukraine.org dækker returneringsomkostningerne i rimeligt omfang.

Klagemuligheder

En klage over en vare eller tjenesteydelse kan indgives til Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus. Mæglingsteamet vil forsøge at løse tvisten ved mediation, og hvis det ikke lykkes at finde en løsning, kan du indbringe klagen for Forbrugerklagenævnet.

Det er som udgangspunkt en forudsætning for at klage, at varen eller ydelsen, som du vil klage over, har kostet mindst 1.110 kr. og højst 100.000 kr. For klager over tøj og sko skal prisen som udgangspunkt være mindst 720 kr. Beløbsgrænserne kan blive ændret. Du skal betale et gebyr for at få klagen behandlet.

EU-Kommissionens online klageportal kan også anvendes ved indgivelse af en klage. Det er særlig relevant, hvis du er forbruger med bopæl i et andet EU-land. Klage indgives her:

Payment

Bikes4Ukraine.org accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, Paypal, ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

Amount reserved

When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account.
The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Debit card authorization

When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time. Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.

Credit Card authorization

The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)

Bikes4Ukraine.org offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om coolville@protonmail.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Warranty

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Bikes4Ukraine.org in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Bikes4Ukraine.org covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Right to complain

In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service.

You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.

It is prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changes. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link:
